Foundational Workshop

- Understanding the emotional landscape of perimenopause & menopause
- Rewriting your midlife identity story
- Emotional Intelligence (EI) tools for clarity and stability

  • A mind, body, and soul experience — not a quick fix or extreme approach
  • The goal is to support women with practical tools to feel better, stronger, clearer, and more confident through menopause and beyond
